  • GOOD OR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Last updated on September 10, 2021

Every customer expects you to give them good customer service and they also expect you to give them a bad service. But as an owner, we want to give them good service to make sure that our customer will be happy, return to us, and hopefully be our loyal customer.

Good Customer Service leads you to success.

Like what I said in my yesterday post, most of the successful businesses forget that providing great customer service is important. They think that they don’t need to that or the customer doesn’t care about that anymore. (have you experience that?)

OK, let’s say you have the nicest product and everyone wants to buy it, BUT you have poor customer service. Your employees are not nice, you don’t answer the customer’s question, you don’t give a hand to a customer that needs help. You are actually telling them to “go away” and find a better place where they can get a good service and product. And that’s a minus point for you.

“Happy employees will create happy customers.”

Make sure that your employees are happy with their work and happy working with you. Why? Because they are the ones who are interacting with your customers and the satisfaction of customer service will depend on them.

Our customers should feel respected and appreciated. When your customers are happier, they’re more likely to spread the goodness to friends, family, and coworkers which is good for us! And, if a customer has a positive experience with your brand, there’s no reason for them to look elsewhere.

So, take care of your customers because they are the ones who will put you on the top and help you to success.
