Only register if you genuinely plan to attend and participate.

Before the event, our system uses the registered attendee list and a matching algorithm to preassign the networking rotations. These rotations are carefully designed to help every participant meet as many different professionals as possible.

When registered attendees do not show up, it creates empty seats, disrupts the planned rotations, and affects the networking experience for everyone at the event.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected changes happen. If you discover that you cannot attend, please cancel your Eventbrite registration at least 24 hours before the event. This gives us time to adjust the rotations and release your seat to someone on the waiting list.
