The event features open networking, a full BRUNCH buffet and 4-6 rotations of table presentations.  Each attendee will be able to promote their business at their table and may pass out cards, brochures, etc. during their 60-second introduction.  Then, everyone will get up and move to a different table to do it again… and again… and again. We use a cool randomizer app so that you know what table to move to next. We minimizes you sitting at the same table with same people over and over again.

Door prizes will be raffled off throughout the event. Grand Prize a Trip to Cancun donated by MBX and their travel partner.

Everyone that attends gets a $100 Hotel Savings Card good worldwide to 1000’s of hotels. No activation fee. No expiration date.

Make sure to bring plenty of business cards and other information because we expect to have 100 local business professionals at this event and you will meet 35-40 of them during your table rotations. Don’t be the one that says…” I rant out of business cards! ” There is always one…. 🙂

There are 2 types of Sponsorships available.

1) Table Sponsor = $100 (includes your ticket to event)

• You get to stay at your table and guests move to you each round
• Centerpiece on table with your logo and contact info/QR code
• You get to put your business cards/brochures/marketing materials (banners not permitted) at the TABLE SPONSOR GROUP promotional table at front of room. (if you want your own table – become an Event Sponsor below)
• Recognition during the event

2) Event Sponsor = $150 (includes 2 tickets to the event)

• Full vendor table in room to set up your marketing materials, including a banner/branded table cloth etc
• Receive a copy of the attendees spreadsheet (spreadsheet does NOT go out to attendees so this is a huge benefit to event sponsor)
• 2 minutes to speak in front of room during one of the rounds.
• May giveaway a door prize at front of room (optional)
• Logo on Eventbrite + other marketing efforts to promote YOU
• Exclusive by business category
• Includes Table Sponsor perks too for no extra cost.

Tickets vary depending on when you purchase.

• Door will open at 9:30am
• Brunch will be served at 9:30am – 10:15am
• Sponsor Tables & Open Networking 9:30am to 10:00am.
• Doors close at 10am (so don’t be late) We need to assign rounds based on whos checked-in.
• Welcome and Explanation of Rounds at 10am
• Networking Rounds 10:15am to 12:00pm
• Sponsors Tables & Open Networking 12:00-12:30pm
